We ask you to please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first treatment to complete your client profile and follow the appropriate time to schedule service. Delayed arrivals may limit the time available. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us 24 hours advance notice. Missed appointments without 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
We accept payment in the form of cash, major credit cards and gift cards. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Gift cards must be present at the time of service in order to be redeemed. We require payment in full at the time that services are rendered or products are purchased. Please note we do not accept personal checks.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment for any reason, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Some procedures performed at Jon’Ric Med Spa Boca Raton may require a non-refundable deposit in order to book. Any balance remaining will be due at the time of the first appointment. Any procedures cancelled once the deposit is given cannot be refunded back.
We are committed to providing excellent service along with individually customized treatments. Though we do our best to achieve your desired, realistic outcome, we do not issue a refund or credit after treatments are purchased or rendered. If you are not satisfied with your product purchase and would like to return the product for spa credit, please bring in the unopened product with your payed receipt within 14 days.
